Do I have to get my treatment during the Open House?
Nope! You only need to pay during the event to lock in the special pricing. Your appointment can be scheduled for a future date that works best for you.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely — the more, the merrier! Just make sure you include the number of guests on the RSVP form so we can plan accordingly.
Can I use a discounted gift card on other event specials?
Gift cards purchased at 20% off cannot be used toward other discounted services or promotions. They’re perfect for future full-price services or retail purchases.
Will treatments be performed during the event?
No treatments will be performed during the Open House. This is your time to tour the spa, meet our team, ask questions, and prepay to secure special offers.
What if I can’t stay the whole time?
That’s totally fine! You’re welcome to stop by any time between 2 PM and 6 PM. Just make sure to check in and complete your purchases before you leave.
How do the giveaways work?
Everyone who attends the Open House in person will be automatically entered into our exclusive raffle! If you need to leave before the drawing and your name is selected, we’ll hold your prize for you.
